Halo 3 – Made of Awesome, Covered in Awesome Sauce

After holding off all day yesterday, I finally got a chance to sit down and play some Halo 3. It is good.

What is not good is making the first level into sniper town and not giving me a decent sniper rifle with which to fight back. Still, it does create pretty fantastic tension as you’re creeping through the jungle while jackal snipers pick off all the marines around you. Seriously, marines – if you see a guy in big green armor, he is not the guy you want to follow, because he’s more interested in killing the bad guys than keeping you alive.
