Sesame Street just cracks me up. Instead of seriously tackling a problem like AIDs in Africa by I dunno, getting people to stop copulating like crazy and practice responsible birth control with condoms (now there’s a Bert and Ernie skit that would be entertaining), INSTEAD we are going to mindblow American kids with muppet propaganda insisting and instilling that whatever the rest of the planet does is just absolutely fine and we MUST learn to accept and tolerate it as okay and reasonable. Mmm hmm. I am just waiting for the muppet episode that somehow defends stoning and honor killing as reasonable behavior because a religious interpretation dictates it is valid and a sacred belief. You know what my sacred belief is? Stop physically and mentally controlling your people and teach them to THINK so they can make their own decisions rather than having some daddy figure tell them how to live.
Oh and congrats on two years, that rocks. Kim and Sam are awesome.
